Franz FerdinandFranz Ferdinand

Franz Ferdinand need little introduction. Take Me Out has achieved signature song status and recognition from around the world… We’ve loved them since this 2003 appearance on Later… with Jools Holland and look forward to seeing them as a new five-piece line-up.

Another iconic performance on Later… with Jools Holland helped thrust KT Tunstall into the public eye.

This version of Black Horse and the Cherry Tree from the Quay Sessions in 2016 raises the question – will her Belladrum set have added kazoo too?

Young Fathers

Edinburgh hip hop trio Young Fathers won the Mercury prize for best album in 2014. This track, I Heard, featured on their EP which won Scottish Album Of The Year the same year.

Gallagher & Lyle

Singer-songwriting legends from Largs, Gallagher & Lyle bring their extensive back catalogue to Bella.

A rare performance up close with the only-occasionally reunited duo, these songs and chat with Billy Sloan will remind you why Benny and Graham are Scottish superstars and not dead & gone just yet.

Twin Atlantic

Hot stuff on the festival circuit, Twin Atlantic are fresh from their hometown appearance at TRNSMT and are making their fifth appearance at Bella, after an infamous debut in 2008.

The Glaswegian rockers are sure to keep us up a while with No Sleep from their latest album GLA.

A Celtic Connections favourite, Karine Polwart brings folk and roots feel to subjects from alcoholism to genocide.

This song salutes her neighbour’s adventures on the salt-smuggling road on which they lived. Or you may prefer this heartfelt ‘tribute’ to President Donald J. Trump.
